• Conducting internal tests, coordinating the Board of Studies, Academic Council and Awards Committee Meetings
• Coordinating the Head of the Departments and Council meetings
• Monitoring the Mentor System
• Monitoring the course-file maintained by each department for each paper containing syllabus, course plan, model question paper, internal test question paper, internal test mark list, list of assignments and seminar topics

• Coordinating inter-collegiate student seminars
• Coordinating students scholarship schemes
• Conducting parent teachers meeting
• Conducting student council meeting
• Coordinating all student - related activities
• Processing group insurance schemes for students and their parents

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

• Coordinating the research activities of the college
• Coordinating the major projects and minor projects of the faculty
• Coordinating the planning and utilisation of grants from the University Grants Commission (UGC), Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), Department of Science and Technology (DST), Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) and various funding agencies
• Conducting research programmes
